“Easy stay”

“The property was good and clean but I dint like their breakfast refill system. We went to have breakfast mid way to the allowed window. There was still more than an hr left for breakfast window to close. Everything was empty. coffee machine bean bag was full,no bread,no pancakes. Even after multiple enquiries, waited for 40min but they didn't refill. They kept saying we are working on it and 20min before close time, they said sorry we cant refil now. It was just crazy. Why make us wait for more...

“Red Moose Lodge was a wonderful place to stay in Baldwin. The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. We're definitely planning to stay there again when in the area.”

“Excellent property! We stayed for graduation weekend for our son’s graduation from Ferris State. Only a quick 30 minute drive to campus, this property was a quiet and relaxing place to celebrate with family and friends. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own space, enough bathrooms that no one waited in line and a spacious kitchen for preparing and serving food. We enjoyed the fire pit and grill, as well as the two sitting rooms and the big dining room table and game room...

“Everything was great. It was quiet and had a beautiful view of the lake. We were in the area for a wedding, and the ability to have a place for my fur babies was the deciding factor for the cabin. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet getaway.”

We could see the young deer walking in the river nibbling on the overhanging leaves and a heron fishing for his dinner. The home is small, but roomy and very open. The photos described it perfectly, clean and comfortable. ”

“The cottage was perfect for our trip. The bunk bed with a trundle was great for the teens while the adults were comfortable in the other two bedrooms (we didn’t have need for the Murphy bed in the living room, but if we had a larger group, it was another sizable bed! The bed linens and towels were all new and the appliances, too. I always appreciate a place with a washer and dryer, and they provided detergent. The hosts also had extras like snacks and drinks from Michigan in a basket for us and...

“Clean and lots of space and beds”

“Area is beautiful ”

“This is an adorable location on the water for a small family. Our only major hiccup was that the hosts provided ZERO communication, both prior and during our stay, and after numerous attempts to reach them. The facility was very smoky when we arrived and the gas stove barely works. Old and used feminine hygiene products were in the bathroom and quite smelly, and there was only one washcloth for our whole family. And there are no hot pads or kitchen towels for taking items out of the stove. Very...
