“Bed was comfortable and large. Weird design with couch on the door. Ant traps (and a few ants) were found on the floor. Not many options for gluten-free meals, but they were able to accommodate our gluten-free requests so we appreciated that. We were most disappointed that we got charged for ordering 3 glasses of fresh orange juice during breakfast. We were not informed those orders would be charged until we attempted checkout. “This place is amazing! The view over the mountains is fantastic and the rooms are very nice designed and clean. The breakfast was also very good. I will definitely come back again, it’s worth a trip to Banja Luka only to visit this hotel.”
