Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Balonggede

“I booked a superior room but ended w a failty low pressured water in the toilet, light were not working on one of yhe snd the safe box was locked by probably previous guest. Sll these detsils were also probably ignoref by housekerping .”

“Food could have improved. Please do not sweep the floor when guests are having their meals.”

“Awesome ”

“ibis consistently disappoints everywhere, bit this is the worst Ibis I’ve ever stayed in. Even though i’m staying at a non-smoking room, there is a strong smell of cigarette mixed with the deodorant chemicals. The chemicals felt like a slight burn on my nasal passages. Sink was broken. Much regret booking this one. Definitely avoid.”

“This hotel is one of the most family-friendly hotels we have ever visited. They have a play area for children, beautiful gardens, and a kids' swimming pool. However, the conditions at their zoo are heartbreaking, especially for the owls and parrots. Additionally, the baby crib provided looked old, broken, and unsafe for our son, so we only used it as a playpen under our strict supervision. The showerhead in our bathroom was also old and broken, and the bathroom had a constant, unpleasant smell.”

“nice experience staying here!”

“Kamar mandi nya berkerak, Waterheater sudah jelek sehingga mengeluarkan bau besi, dari lantai kamar mandi keluar binatang kecil2 hitam.. Butuh perawatan bangunan sih.. Staf nya baik dan ramah..”

“Very clean room and the staffs are friendly.”
