“The cabin was nicely furnished. I’m short and had trouble getting into the beds there.”

“Property was clean and very well maintained. Lisa, the host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. An issue that I did have with this property was the listing online claiming to have Crappie fishing on site. This point did sell me and my husband on the property. Although upon speaking with locals in the area, Crappie do not migrate to this portion of the lake. ”

“Winnsboro Lake Retreat was very relaxing. The interior of the house was spotless. Every we needed and more was at our disposal. Beds were comfortable and the view out at the lake was great. We were a little disappointed that the dock was not usable. We were not informed before our stay about this condition and we should have been. We did not swim as the area looked unsafe to be in the water. Overall our stay was very nice.”
