“Friendly staff”

“Delicious meal in the restaurant and clean comfortable accommodation , with friendly staff , a great place to stay and eat in Whyalla .”

“Rooms clean and tidy. Sink was blocked and took 18 hours to be assigned a new room even though the place was almost empty. Staff are virtual and kept getting told they had to wait for manager approval. Some beds were good but the double bed in the new room was awful and needs replacing.”

“Excellent customer service, renovated rooms, delightful food in the pub, and very convenient to check in and out.”

“No private parking,(street parking). Wasn't told that the restaurant wasn't operating that night ( reason why i chose that hotel to have access to dinning). Someone opened our door while we were inside the room. After going to complaint about it, i was told that it was a personal member who had the spare key by mistake. We will not comeback to that hotel, overall not worthy of the $99 we paid.”

“Ac worked, but people smoke outside their rooms and without pullows working as a door snake and the airconditioner on the smell just comes right in”
