“Everything was very good except for the smell when entering the room, it was a little unpleasant. I imagine it was the carpet, it looked a little dirty.”

“Everything was excellent at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. The pool was amazing — perfect for relaxing. The bar staff was the highlight of the stay: friendly, attentive, and full of good energy. However, there are two details that slightly affect the experience.
