Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Waterloo

“Hotel has terribly deteriorated. For the price you can get waaaaay better in Freetown. From checking in to check out was poor. Poor air conditioned rooms. Bathroom was not too clean and to top it off there was no water in the morning to shower.”

“Fantastic place to stay. Staffs very nice and welcoming; rooms huge and properly air conditioned. Wonderful full buffet breakfast and a proper retreat for a rewind after a long day in the bustling city of Freetown. Will definitely return”

“Good for only sleeping”

“Staff very friendly and food ecellent”

“Cet établissement est en rénovation donc il est difficile de valider les différents services proposés. Ce que je peux dire le personnel est gentil. Le petit déjeuner est limité. Il manque de nourriture.”

“Lovely small hotel. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing.”

“The rooms are really clean the sheets have a few stains but you can tell it’s from the dryer staff are nice only issue is reception closes at midnight and if you don’t stock up on water for the night before they leave you will have to wait until morning, or risk going outside at night to find it.”

“Great breakfast, rooms very clean and staff friendly.”

“Thank you guys for having me and will richly recommend you guys to all my friends and families. You made my stay felt like home where every staff members are keen to help. But please I suggest u look at your breakfast menu. Breakfasts didn’t taste like breakfast for me. Breakfasts was boring. Food don’t look or presentable enough for me to be excited about to eat. Just so you know am talking about the breakfasts in the apartment, room service. ”

“Charmant petit hôtel boutique, avec restaurant et bar. Personnel compétent et chaleureux. À mon arrivée tard en soirée, Patricia m’a cuisiné de délicieuses frites maison! Bien situé pour accéder à la navette maritime. Sécuritaire. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Heureux de mon séjour!”

“The staff were excellent. Local power was off & on, but the staff was quick to start the generator. Walking from the house begins with a steep uphill climb & there is a market at the top of the hill. Not much else nearby, so transportation is needed either by Uber, keke or motorcycle taxi. Getting a vehicle to the house itself is difficult at best because of the extremely tight "street" leading to the gate. Better to stop at the soccer field & walk in.”

“The room space is spacious and spotless. Smell fresh and welcoming. My only concern is that management leave shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom. ”

“Pros: Constant electricity Accessibility to other amenities on the famous Aberdeen beach coast Cons: The bedroom TV was without internet Twice I reported it to the receptionist: he promised to get it fixed on both occasions but no . They forgot to refill the bathing soap dispenser They need to pay more attention to the bedding as well. Overall I give them an average grading as the place is undergoing some sort of maintenance.”

“Yes good customer service ”
