“Close to beach”

“I was never told that this property had air-conditioning only in the master bedroom. The rest of the comdo unit had no air-conditioning and it was hot. The bathrooms were badly in need of upgrades - smelly toilet, cracked countertops, old fixtures, etc. Kitchen was super old, with microwave door that does not fully open, no cooking fan, etc. Carpets were so worn out and old. We saw a giant centipede on our first night snd also tiny ants everywhere. Will not rent here again.”

“Maui Sunset is a beautiful condominium, extremely well taken care. I have to say that the property is really nice. Grass very well maintained, we saw them clean the pool every single morning, they also have several gas grill, which are also cleaned every morning. There are always maintenance people taking care of the property. Now, the unit we stayed is another story. B115 is completely neglected unit. Floors were absolutely disgusting, my white socks are garbage now. They have one vacuum...
