The other issue i had was the fact people were smoking very close to the entrance and the lobby smelled of cigarettes. The front desk staff were warm and helpful.”

“Durante el desayuno no hubo reposición de lo que se había terminado, aún estando dentro del horario de desayino y faltando 40 mins para finalizar: cucharas de té, jugo, bollería. Faltó más actitud de servicio en ese aspecto. En la habitación faltaba un velador extra. Había espacio para ello y si son dos camas es porque cada pasajero necesita sus espacios. Sobre todo lo demas:higiene, temperatura, atenciones de te - hervidor - snack-conseguir taxi. Todo muy bien. ”
