“I had booked triple room and was given a king bed with bunk beds that closed off the windows and prevented wardrobe or fridge opening. The tv nor aircon worked when i complained I was given choice of two rooms one king size with hardly any light the other was a twin which I took. The bathroom bidet was covered with hair and the aircon was peeling off from ceiling . The walls had marks and bathroom was stained. The manager wouldn’t give me refund for choosing smaller room despite nothing...

“What is advertised as family room includes a sofa bed that you are better off sleeping on the floor. Both my kids got a terrible back ache from it. To top it off the management pretended that we broke the bed and wanted to charge us for the damage. This was a terrible customer service experience. I cancelled a future stay there and it was not refundable, but worth not having to deal with them anymore.”

“Kjempelokasjon ved innsjø og treningsfasiliteter/basseng. Trenger noe oppussing. Kjempehjelpsom betjening. Hvis noe mangler på rommet hør med resepsjonen.”

“Could not find my reservation when o came to check in. Time was 5 pm. Started to explain to me that orbitz didn’t send some info. Do I care? The guy at the front desk was rude. Supposed to be the owners son. Gave water to other room, when I asked him about mine said that he simply liked those guys but don’t like me that much”

“The rooms are clean, good size and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Above all, the staff are welcoming, kind and accommodating. They make you feel right at home. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety of food to choose from. The food overall was excellent, We would highly recommend it and would love to stay here again.”
