“I booked my room with a prepaid rate. Having already booked, I was told that there would be no one on reception to receive me so I would have to go to their sister hotel to receive my key. This turned out to be a 15 minute walk away, hugely irritating as I arrived after dark in a new town by taxi. I was then told that the spa/sauna facilities were not working at the apartments and so I would have to use the facilities at the hotel, just not convenient at all. “Lovely location, hosts very friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.”

“Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir hatten ein Cinema Zimmer. Wir waren zu viert und hatten ausreichend Platz. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr nett. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet gab es auch noch. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen.”

“My husband and I drove through Austria and the idea was to stop in small towns along the way. This hotel was a wonderful it has a great location and a fare breakfast. It is very close to the lake and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Parking was next to the hotel and the service was very helpful and friendly. No elevators though but it wasn’t a big deal for us”

“Perfect location for the centre without being disturbed. Authentic accommodation with an excellent choice at breakfast. Evening meal was optional which we enjoyed as the quality and service was exceptional, a little expensive but you definitely pay for what you get. Staff are very pleasant and spoke good English which made our stay more enjoyable. The Junior suite was a good size very clean and serviced everyday. Unfortunately there is no tea & coffee facilities in the room or air conditioning...

“Fuimos en verano, hacia muchísimo calor en la habitación, sin aire acondicionado y sin nevera, es un hotel como todos los de la zona destinado al turismo de invierno de cara a esquí. Por otra parte está en el mismo centro del pueblo y cerca de las termas que recomiendo.”

“Frühstück ist lecker, die Auswahl ausreichend. Betten sind weich, dennoch bequem. Ich hatte ein Comfort Zimmer, die Bilder entsprechen der Hotelbeschreibung. Sauna, Dampfad, Infrarot, funktional und erholend. Empfehlenswert! ”
