“The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again”

“There are some good things about the property. The unit is a good size and, from a casual or superficial view, clean (that is to say that it was mopped and tidy). Our entire experience was spoilt by the fact that the AC in the master bedroom was not working at the very start of our stay - the lack of AC rendered the master bedroom simply unusable (it literally was like a sauna - if you showered, you would be dripping with sweat before you could get dressed). “It was so quiet and peaceful. Spacious. In addition to this house, the other homes were also beautiful. It was a nice treat to walk around and take pictures of everyone’s garden. Lots of orchids. There was a great Sunday Brunch with lovely live music. ”
