The common swimming pool area was also nice and clean with a play room and washing facilities. We experienced very easy and good communication with the reception desk and the personell there. “I booked my room with a prepaid rate. Having already booked, I was told that there would be no one on reception to receive me so I would have to go to their sister hotel to receive my key. This turned out to be a 15 minute walk away, hugely irritating as I arrived after dark in a new town by taxi. I was then told that the spa/sauna facilities were not working at the apartments and so I would have to use the facilities at the hotel, just not convenient at all. “Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir hatten ein Cinema Zimmer. Wir waren zu viert und hatten ausreichend Platz. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr nett. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet gab es auch noch. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen.”

“My husband and I drove through Austria and the idea was to stop in small towns along the way. This hotel was a wonderful it has a great location and a fare breakfast. It is very close to the lake and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Parking was next to the hotel and the service was very helpful and friendly. No elevators though but it wasn’t a big deal for us”
