“The staff were friendly enough. The floor was nasty on the way to the elevator and inside the elevator. The room disgusting. The toilet seat is like sitting on a toilet at the beach and way too low. The shower had mold or mildew ALOT! The room felt moist like there was poor a/c (I'm from Florida so don't try to excuse that). The window was moldly and the wall was rotting near the top. “My children and I took a road trip from Tampa to Louisville ky. I really need to stop and let the kids tun wild and I need to rest myself.The hot tub and pool was amazing... The stuff, Bre at the front desk was very helpful. And Rayshawn was the nicest waiter to my kiddos at breakfast. Highly recommend by this mom and kids! “The pictures do not accurately represent this place nor do the other reviews. There were three big issues. The first is that the beds are extremely firm, old, and uncomfortable. The second is that in one of our rooms that faced the street there were no curtains or blinds, so zero privacy. There was also a rolled up, dusty giant rug in the corner of a room. However, the worst part was that there was a horrible and extremely strong chemical perfume smell; so much so that we didn’t even stay the...
