“This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

“The apartment and the staff, (Ivan and his father) are excellent and responsive hosts, tending to all our needs as well as suggestions for travel and the area. The apartment was clean and well taken care of, and the washer unit was excellent to have for our 2 kids. The location is amazing, just a quick 2 min walk to the beach and all the action, but far enough to be very quiet. We would gladly stay there again! One of the best apartments we have ever stayed at.”

“The communication was terrible. I sent two messages on Hotels.com the morning prior arrival and never get any answer. We arrived at 17 at the flat and when I called the host he said he would be here "in a minute". We waited 45 mn. Not a nice experience after hours of driving. Then an hostesd came and checked in us in 5mn without even apologize. A part of that the flat is well located, 5 mn from a great beach and 15mn from the "center". The equipment was good for our short stay and the balcony...
