“I did not get the room i paid for, i paid more for a 1 bedroom and got a studio. The shower didnt work properly, the toilet didnt work properly, the wifi didnt work and there was no microwave which i need with a toddler. The staff was friendly and helpful The outdoor property was nicely kept”

“The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. From before I reached Jamaica I contacted expedia to let them know I was unable to get in contact with the property. I did not have access to the property and yet expedia sees no issue with taking my money to give to these scammers.”
