My experience with the hotel was very good but my experience with hotels.com not good at all. I booked a pay on arrival at the hotel but 3 days beforehand the fee was taken from my bank account to pay a hotel with the same name, but 250 miles away. “Estuvimos en 2 habitaciones, ambas tenían el baño nuevo lo que se agradece un montón. Las camas individuales no estaban mal, pero el colchón de la cama de matrimonio era tan viejo y blando que nos levantamos con las espaldas echas polvo. Los domingos noche no sirven cena. No hay ascensor, hay que subir las maletas a peso y queda apartado del pueblo de Ludlow con lo que únicamente se puede acceder con el coche. No estuvimos mal, pero para otra ocasión intentaríamos buscar otro hotel.”
