“M a regular at ur hotel n had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is spotless, n the staff were incredibly friendly n welcoming throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, n all the amenities were well-maintained. That said, I do feel that the pricing is on the higher side. As a regular customer who enjoys staying here, I was hoping for a bit of a reward or discount for returning. “I enjoyed staying at the Mount Amara, but there were a few difficulties – the hotel is very quiet because it is about 300 m away from the main road, and overlooks an open field. It was good being away from the hustle and Brussel. The main problem was that I had booked a room which had two double beds, because I was travelling with a young friend. “It was an amazing experience in this lovely well maintained Resort in North Bengal. It is well managed and almost every bit of it was perfect over there. Spacious accommodation, well laid cottages, lush green lawns, delicious food and smiling staff. Overall it was a great experience.”
