“The room we stayed in was alright, but we found mouse poo near the microwave and the kettle plus there was a fair amount of black mold in the bathroom. The room was booked for 3 people but there were only 2 mugs with only 1 spoon and 2 glasses to use for drinks. While we did use the microwave to reheat our takeaway food there are no plates or bowls or utensils for use either. There were electric blankets on the beds but they did not work either.
