“The room was big enough for the three of us, great location and only about a 5 minute walk into the town centre which is so handy! I’m aware some of the rooms have been renovated so hopefully the rest get done as the room we were in was outdated and the mattress was a bit hard but otherwise it was great and I’d stay again”

“We stayed in Unit 2. We arrived at around 3:00 pm, but there was no one on-site, and we hadn't received any information about which unit was ours or how to access it. We had to call the number on the office door to obtain the access details. It appeared the office hadn't been used for some time, as the area around it was covered in spider webs. The heating in the unit was inadequate and didn't keep the room warm enough. We had booked for 4 people, however extra blankets were only made available...
