“This a unique property, very cosy and peaceful. It was exactly as advertised and very charming with a well presented modern attached bathroom. Karen was a really helpful host and the location for us was great especially as Karen gave us so much advice and assistance to plan our day in the Grampians. Sadly due to the cloud cover we did not get to see the night sky but on a clear night anyone keen on stargazing will have a great view. “Stayed for 5 days over Christmas - 4 of us in total (couple and parents-in-law). Cottage was a great base for exploring the area, and nice and comfortable. Very quiet for relaxing and sleeping, and plenty of kangaroos and birds visiting the property. Simple but decently equipped, we were able to make a Christmas dinner in the kitchenette. Friendly and communicative management, no issue with us arriving a bit late. Would definitely recommend and consider coming back if we visit the Grampians...

“The pyramid cabin was great. Everything inside was thoughtfully organised, right down to the measuring cups in the kitchen. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Food preparation was easy as we had all the implements at hand. We made duck soup with buckwheat noodles. The beds were warm and we didn’t even need to use the electric blankets.”
