“The hotel is not clean.....They should be cleaning everday”

“Great stay, cannot fault anything.”

“The property was undergoing some renovations. We did not have access to the pool, or the main hotel. We were placed in the ‘boutique suite’ area and when checking in, we had no towels or toilet paper. To start, everything was very disorganized but once we got settled, the room was spacious and hotel staff were kind.”

“The room was spotless and very comfortable. The establishment is very user-friendly and meets all the needs of guests. The staff are friendly and very helpful, which makes your stay so enjoyable. The food is divine and prepared on time as requested. We will definitely visit again and it is perfect for an overnight on your way to other destinations. Thank you to Tania and her staff, you deserve another star!”

“Clean and welcoming”

“The night duty staff at Reception was a bit rude”

“I booked through Expedia but then was told they don't work with Expedia when I arrived. I had to pay out of pocket on top of what I already paid online. I'm hoping to get a refund from the amount I paid online.”

“The accommodation was clean and the service was exceptional.”

“The place is good just need taking care of the carpet and the bathroom bath clean but looks very dented, and urine smell near even, with urine neutralise could improve the freshness, odour. Staff very friendly and very helpful ”
