“The staff at the check in counter were very accommodating with their big smile. Check in process is very straightforward as I booked prepaid. I was impressed with the place. I called it paradise. The staffs were very friendly especially Ronnie the Lifeguard and bar staff namely Binoy and Aldrin. I love the foods from snacks to dinner and breakfast. “The eoom was really good. I always say there is room for improvement. The shower was full of calk but warm. Some of the shower head hole is blocked. No kettle and cups so dinky. I have seen ants and at one point the airconditioning was leaking. Toilet is functional but needs deep clean. And it could have been super. Very friendly Staff. ”
