“Amazing place!!! Amazing staff!!! What a gorgious room!!!! ”

“Booked a 4 night stay and left after one night because the property was unusable. Beds were rock hard. The AC blew cold air but wasn't strong enough to actually cool the room, and both the AC and the fridge were loud enough to keep us up. It's a motel style property with exterior doors and they only give you one physical key. In the middle of the night some random person came up and tried to get into our room. When we asked to change rooms the staff told us nothing was available even though I...

“Dolphin Bay was excellent! The hosts are very welcoming and kind. We had delicious vegan and non-vegan breakfast every morning. We had to catch an early bus from Burgas when we left, and the host offered to give us a ride in the early AM. The location is great, a 3 min walk from the beach and 25 min walk unit the main part of town. The views are excellent and rooms are perfect for a relaxing stay!”

“Un très bon hotel de vacances. ”

“I have very difficult time checking in three Expedia . ”

“There is only one airconditioning in the entire apartment, which is placed in the living room. Therefore, we asked to setup the second sofabed as the bedroom was very warm. We came back in the evening to find out that the second bed was not setup. We approached a staff member and inquired about the extra sofabed. She started interrogating us as to why we need the extra linen. Her demeanor was very accusatory and rude. She also stated that she doesn't have the keys to the cabinet and asked again...

“- it is a good place for the money paid. Right on the beach”

“We chose this hotel because of the large swimming pool it has. It turned out that the swimming pool from August 4, 2023 is unable to use. The water in the pool is green, cloudy, dirty, there is sediment on the surface - I send photos. Swimming in this pool poses a health risk. The problem with dirty water was reported to the reception and the entertainment staff. Everyone agreed that the problem with dirty water would be solved. Everyone is smoking in restaurant. From room some out staff was...

“Very nice boutique hotel, extremely clean and very friendly staff. Will visit again.”

“Great value for money! Helpful staff, clean apartments, good location for both the beach and downtown restaurants. We liked the table outside the apartment and the swimming pool. The lady at the bar makes great coffee, too!”

“Very unprofessional staff, I waited 40minutes for check-in and about same time ti check-out. Furniture is made of the most cheapest materials.”
