“The lobby is clean and nice but room condition is poor. No elevator to rooms so you have carry you suitcases up the stairs. The onsite onsen is also poorly maintained. Staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating though. Good job to them but I won’t recommend this hotel for the price it was listed at.”
