Llegamos y no nos dieron la habitación reservada, un estudio con cocina. Explicación que solo se la daban a estudiantes. Si es así ¿ por qué aparece para reservar? “Booked a 3 bed flat and was charged for a 3 bed flat. Instead of getting what we had booked we had to move every night from a 2 bed flat to a studio flat and back to another 2 bed flat (there was 4 of us). Instead of offering an compensation they just said that it was my fault.”
