“The hotel was a bit dull, I had to pay in advance; although I had to pay an expensive room, they charged me an extra cost of more than 30 pounds to change the king bed to twin beds which is unacceptable and additionally we were located in a room for disabled people although we requested a different one. The options in the breakfast were very poor and the service a bit slow. I would not recommend this hotel at all: too expensive and poor service and it is not even well located.”

“Stayed here for one night on my own, room was big and very clean, great breakfast and really good customer service. Easy check in and all members of staff were very friendly. Will come back if I’m in the area.”
