“This is on the lower end of hotels. It's just a place if you really need a room and not much is available. Mostly for Filipinos, not really for foreigners. The a/c did work good and the staff was friendly ”

“The hotel building is not up to building code anymore. Crack on the wall is all over. Moldy bathroom and ceilings. ”

“The only complaint I have, and it was my fault that I did not notice. I asked for a room for 3 adults and ot a room with 2 single beds, my fault for not questioning. The resort added a cot to remidey remedy the situation.”

“Could do an early check in at 1PM, but any other time includes extra charge. In addition, the room we had a bunch of molds between walls. There was no phone to contact front desk, and was only provided one tissue roll unless you ask for more. No water refill stations, you’ll have to keep asking front desk. Otherwise, breakfast was good (at additional price of course).”

However, blackout curtains would be a welcome addition, as the abundance of natural light makes it difficult to sleep in once the sun rises. “Overall good recommended to everyone”

“WiFi was included, but only worked in the lobby and dining room, not in our room. There is a fee for everything. I am disabled, but there was 400 peso fee (about $3.80) to sit in a chair by the pool, ( I didn’t swim). After a bit of protest, they gave me a plastic chair to sit in. Staff was friendly. The water slide closed one hour after our check-in for the season. Don’t think we will stay there again.”

“Buena ubicación. Sin embargo no hay internet en los cuartos del primer y segundo piso (no hay buena recepción). Las puertas son de vidrio y la luz de los pasillos está prendida en las noches (por lo tanto siempre hay luz en las recámaras). Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y muy limpias. Es un hotel nuevo, minimalista y ecológico. El restaurante japonés muy rico en la parte de abajo. Hay un Starbucks en la esquina y el hotel te ayuda a contratar el tour para ver el volcán. ”

“The family studio suite is very spacious except for the bathroom. It would be nicer and more comfortabe if the bathroom has enough or bigger space and also has another split type aircon in the kitchen or living room area.”
