“The property was poorly maintained and unsanitary. The suite entrance was flooded, common-area AC was off/not working, and there was no Wi‑Fi. Breakfast was misrepresented (told to be a full menu but only eggs and bread were served, hot tea made with bagged water), and staff said it covered only one person despite our booking. “This hotel is not really managed in any meaningful sense. Wifi went down for three days, which meant going off to another hotel to work. They gave me a carton of orange juice by way of apology! The lady at reception also didn't know that only one of the POS machines works for international cards so lots of time wasted try to make a payment. I checked out and moved to Nordic hotel -- more expensive but at least stuff works and you can get things done. I should say that staff at the View are...
