“The hotel was very nice, clean, and well-maintained overall. Our only complaint was the housekeeping service. On our first full day, our room was not serviced at all, the beds weren’t made, we didn’t receive fresh towels, the trash wasn’t emptied, and nothing was cleaned. Since our room didn’t have a phone, I had to go down to the front desk to ask about it. “Newish property is pretty and still smells new. Beds are firm and pillows are soft. Barn door in bathroom not wide enough to fully cover door opening so privacy was a bit of an issue. Roach crawling around bathroom in the morning disappeared into crack at the bottom of sliding barn door where it was broken due to wear on edges. Visible dust and dirt in corner of rooms. really nice area, super helpful staff, nicely stocked shop to buy food and snacks. Quiet location convenient to the university....
