“We chose this place based purely on its location and hoped for the best. It didn’t wow us, but it didn’t disappoint. My biggest issue is that there was no one in the office for check in, our key was in an envelope with our names on it taped to the office door with a page of instructions, and we had to call the number on the instruction sheet to find out about things like the wifi only to be told that it was in “the notebook”. The notebook they referred to was buried in a basket that I had to dig...

“The property manager was very responsive. Answered any questions we had during our stay quickly and was helpful. The cabin itself is cozy and well maintained. The plenty of family games, videos and puzzles made our stay relaxing. The area is quiet. We enjoyed our stay and will revisit again. ”

“One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Nice view and outdoor space, very clean and spacious inside, and every amenity was taken care of - from coffee, to bed linens, to shampoo/conditioner, to beach towels, to laundry detergent, to pots and pans. We had a bit of an issue with an A/C malfunction but the owner was responsive and got it resolved.”

“The cabin itself was fine but exaggerated in size. The road was almost impassible in a 2-wheel drive car with slopes too steep, turns too tight, and surface too loose. Deep pot holes and places with landslides recently across the one lane. Surely not drivable at night or in rain. Giant root balls around the house from where trees had fallen in hurricane Helena. Not safe for children or old folks like us.”
