“Very quiet and peaceful. Very friendly staff.”

“Myself and my team of 3 were at this location for a week and none of our rooms were cleaned. We would request them to be cleaned, were told we would be put on a list. Then all that would happen, we would get fresh towels. One of those times they just left the towels in a clear plastic bag outside of the rooms. I had to request twice to have the body wash and shampoo refilled in my room.”

“Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad. We stay Mariotts all the time and this hotel was poorly...
