“I have reserved the hotel for 1 night and have sent a request asking for early checkin. They didn't reply back to my message and at the time of checkin argued that I should choose early checkin option at the time of booking. They have no idea about how system work. I was tired after a night flight and at the end paid extra fee to checkin early. Property overall is ok so if you are just checking in during standard timings for a short stay it will be ok.”

“We originally booked the Peridot Hotel but were transferred to this hotel without any prior communication. The “helvish” stay coincidentally rhymed with the hotel’s name. We were disappointed when we arrive and inquired about the name change. We could not do anything once we found out. The bathroom was not sanitary and bed had stains. The pictures on the hotels booking site are drastically different.”
