“Pro:The facility is quiet, staff is helpful and responsive. The unit is updated and clean Con: Traffic noise is loud all night. The unit does not have a view and does not get any sun. There is no oven. The unit is located on the 4th floor. The only elevator is a distance away. it is easier to walk up the 4 flights rather than making the trek to the elevator ”

“Our condo was very comfortable, spacious, we didn't get each other's way. Beautiful ocean and garden/pond view from our balcony. Decor is a bit dated, and the carpet need replacing, but it did not effect our enjoying our stay.”

“It was All around a nice place had a really nice ocean view just absolutely great to sit out on the porch deck thing and watch the ocean for hours! Sunsets were gorgeous... The elevator was a little bit ancient but it sure worked! Definitely would recommend and stay here again...”
