“At check in, the lady was not very nice. She did not give us a welcome bag (like I saw other people receive), and she even forgot to give us our keys! She also did not mention the happy hour that the hotel has in the afternoon Monday-Thursday. Thankfully we were down at the pool and found out from another guest.
