“Everyone at the reception is rude and has no training in customer service, much less receiving tourists. I had a two-bedroom suite with a kitchen for a week. I went with my whole family to snow ski. Nobody at the reception wears masks or takes precautions, BUT they use the covid excuse to never clean the room or replace anything. During our seven day stay they never did "INCREDIBLE" cleaning service, and they do it to pay the housekeeping employees less. On the third day we called reception...

“Always, always a consistent place to stay. You can tell the owners care for the property and don’t let it get into disrepair. Rooms are clean, pool is nice and big and so many amenities nearby in case you forgot something or need to eat!”

“The hotel was fine although there was t much to eat at the breakfast (no eggs). What frosts me is Expedia which listed the room at $104, $120ish with fees, but then I got charged over $140. Someone owes me a discount.”
