“This is a hard review because the property was very good. However, when we arrived, there was no key in the lock box and the house was unlocked. No one had communicated with us that there were any issues. We had to call to find out what was going on and a key was delivered to us 90 minutes later. The house smelled of pet urine. “I loved the fact that the property had so much kitchen utensils, pots, pans, rice cooker ect. Very different to the 3 useless pans at other accomodations I’ve stayed at in the past. Loved the privacy of the property. The quietness and the views! Only downside was the second room didn’t have bedding only a blanket on top. But other than that would definitely recommend and book here again. ”

“An amazing property. A spacious house with everything you could want. The kitchen was huge. The WIFI worked perfectly. As a couple doing hiking for a few days we only used a couple of rooms but would be suited to family having a 1-2 week holiday in the area”

“Loved the bay view, great kitchen, laundry and location to beach. Although the unit was clean, the carpet shampoo was very strong. A clothes airer would be handy to get a small washing load dry. Great place to stay”

“Gum nut cottage is lovely. It’s spacious and well set up with everything you need, including a coffee press and pantry staples. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“The property was very nice,.and the locale is lovely. Unfortunately however, the description of the property clearly states there is a hot tub. There is not a hot tub. I contacted the owners regarding this and after initially denying the description stated this, they stated they would get back in touch. They never did. ”

“Place is really good, fantastic view close to the shops. Hotels.com check in is 2pm but code to the place was only sent 10mins to 3pm by the property, not great communication between hotels.com and the property. Couches not the best for the elderly, too low and sinks in. ”
