“Nice hotel in the heart of the city, in the old part. Good design rooms and very nice staff.”

“The swimming pool excellent, the treatment of the hotel personal so warfull and kindness. The price so chip.”

“The single occupant room was quite small but it had a comfortable mattress. There was daily housekeeping and a good breakfast. Hotel policy is to leave your room key at the front desk each time you exit the hotel.”

“It’s a good hotel”

“Great place for a week in Rethymno ... the staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Everything about this property says luxury and quiet indulgence. Set away from the town by a lovely 5-10 minute walk, it’s away from the crowds and noise of beach taverna but still well and easily within reach.

Our first room had a broken air conditioner that did not work at all, even after paying an extra fee. A technician confirmed it could not be fixed. We were then asked to pay an additional €40 for another room. The second room had a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom drains that woke us up during the night. When we reported it, a cleaner told us this is...
