“Lo que más me molestó es el servicio, necesitaba reservar un taxi para ir al aeropuerto. Lo intenté reservar en la noche anterior y me dijeron que no hacía falta que les avisara 5 minutos antes y el taxi estaría en 5 minutos. En la mañana estuve esperando casi 30 minutos cuando tenía que coger un vuelo y no tenía certeza de cuando podría llegar. No cogían el teléfono y luego tardó bastante el taxi. Estrés innecesario cuando se podría haber evitado.”

“Es un hotel estándar, limpio y práctico. Me viene bien por la ubicación con la empresa para la cuál trabajo. Pero bastante caro para lo que es ”

“I enjoyed my stay here. The property is safe and clean which are important to me. My German is not very good and the staff were patient and friendly with me. The location is great. Easy walking to the train station, shopping, restaurants, and The Garage! The room was smaller than expected, but that wasn’t an issue. The only minor thing that bothered me was I could hear the neighbor talking on his phone through the wall. I travel with ear plugs and use a noise app on my phone so it wasn’t that...
