“The room was very tidy just very small for a larger size family (2 adults, 4 kids under 8). Unfortunately this is the biggest room available. Outside of that it was honestly a perfect stay for what our needs were. Being able to access Sovereign Hill from a side gate was amazing and being able to come & go meant we didn’t need to carry as much with us. “Very central and good if you just need a bed. Warm and comfortable. Just very basic, parking is tight if you have a larger car and we had a bottle of water in the fridge that was have empty.”

“First I was greeted very nice by a staff member and I he also upgraded me to a bigger room for free, Pool was nice for a dip. Very easy going place, would stay again Also not far for things needed. Thank you”

“Reception guy was friendly and the pool was heated. They were the only things that were ok. We stayed for 2 nights with 3 kids. Do not recommend. Room was so old and foul. Pillows and beds are super old and uncomfortable. The photos make it look way nicer than it is. Everything is so run down. It needs some serious love and care.”
