“Very nice property, but checking in requires you walk down from parking lot level with luggage down rickety rocky steps. Then you find out your room is on the other side of the alley so you walk with these up. If I had a stroller, or kids, or elderly people in my group I would be upset. Please add singage so people know not to unpack before they register. Breakfast very nice, but staff could smile more, also at registration. “Der Check-in und Check-out war kontaktlos, es hat alles gut geklappt. Wellnessbereich war nicht nutzbar, das wussten wir aber vorher schon, da dies bei der Buchungsbestätigung mitgeteilt wurde. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Balkontür haben wir nicht auf bekommen, wir wollten nichts kaputt machen. Es gab wunderbar riechendes Shampoo und ein hervorragendes Frühstück, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren, gab es frisches Rührei.”
