“Upon arrival there was no access to wifi. There was no one at the reception to help us solve this issue. Be careful with the accessible bathrooms as our drain flooded and the complete bathroom floor was soaked all night. The fire alarm was also detached. We went to grab an extra pillow from the closet and it was covered in dust.”

“The manager was extremely rude to me and didn't allow my stay as I was denide my stay may I please be credited on my account to be able to stay somewhere else or use for a vechile. When people decide the road to society and others treat them that don't like it are rude they need to have zeros on their score and either lose their jobs and or be sued. I am discusted”
