“The room was a great size and comfortable. The property is very dated and tired, but it is functionally fine, especially for a short stay. We had a small issue with out room and the staff were EXCELLENT at fixing it immediately for us, despite it being after hours. Cannot fault their handling of the situation. As brand new owners they were very apologetic, however it was out of everyone's control. what was in their control is how they handled it, which was perfect. A credit to the property!”

“On arrival, the staff advised my partner and I that there was a issue with the room that was booked and were upgraded to the Bowie room. The staff advised about about the restaurants close by. The room was well laid out. The meals we had there were very good, Saturday night and Sunday lunch there was live music. We were a short walk from the beach. “The facilities arr quite good. The pool looked clean (didn't use it) the bedding was crisp and clean and the room had good provisions (decent size tv, kettle, fridge, microwave). The room is due for a reno. There was paint peeling from the roof, bathroom sink had a few rust stains and the room door had some dodgey repairs in it. Having said that, you have to take into account the price you pay and the star rating of the hotel. I would have no problem staying here again”
