“The property a was great except for a couple of minor things. We were on the third floor and carrying luggage up and down the spiral stairs wasn't fun and the shower was not very roomy. Other than that we loved our room with an outside patio view of Old Chania. The gentleman (I forgot his name but he either owns it or ran it) that checked us in was extremely friendly and informative. We would definitely stay there again if/when we ever go back to Chania. ”

Todo impecable. Desayuno exquisito y muy completo. El servicio excepcional! Easyjet me perdio la valija y Virginia llamo varias veces al aeropuerto para encontrarla. Virginia y Maria GRACIAS!!! “The welcoming feeling goes beyond the arrival. It is all way till the end, when the team thank you and says "hope see you again" - priceless. The whole team, from receptionist and cleaners to management, they are very friendly and helpful. They offer toiletry produced locally. It was so go that we found the brand shop and bought some to take home. They offer all the best. The whole room/ bathroom very clean. I strongly recommend this hotel for all it has to offer.
