Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Chempu

“One would expect a chain hotel to meet certain standards. This was not the case at the Radisson Blu Kochin: - the service at 2 of the restaurants was very slow and inefficient: it took them 20 mins to let us know that the wine we had ordered was not available and 20 more to actually bring the drinks, that came when we were almost done with the food. We also waited 25 mins for a burger to find out that the fries were cold. - we had to ask 2 times to get toiletries in our bathroom”

“Overall a very well maintained and clean hotel. We ordered the room service chicken tikka pizza...wow excellent! The breakfast was tasty, I appreciated that the hotel rang us to remind us about the free breakfast. My one complaint is that the the hotel staff reminded us three time there would be a few if we created any stain on the sheets. No issue about the requirement just don't mention it three times during check in, we are the customers after all. Overall great place will stay again.”

“WiFi was not stable and sometimes not available. During our 3 day stay we had several times made calls to your staff for help. Your staff was extremely helpful and cooperative. I have a feeling that your WiFi needs a stronger Router to take care of the renters. Your rooms were spacious and clean, staff was great and food was very good.”

“The hotel was in a peaceful safe and quiet area. Fort Kochi was a good choice of area to stay in Kochi. I was pleased with my room and the pool was nice. Transport is easy using uber to get around although I walked all over fort Kochi area. Ferries travel quick and easy to mainland. I was happy I chose to stay at fort Abode apartments.”

“El chico que te recibe y abre el elevador es un adorado, todo el tiempo sonriendo y corriendo para abrir el elevador, como primera cara del hotel es bonito ver a alguien que te reciba tan bien. En recepcion los chicos también súper atentos y amables, dispuestos a hidratar e informar en todo! La habitación súper limpia y cómoda. La vista d elanpisona es increíble, buenas bebidas. El único detalle que a alguien le podría molestar es que se escuchaba mucho la TV de la habitación de un lado, no se...

“Location was great. Pub at the hotel is pretty cool for an evening out.”

“Extremely good. Host is awesome. Staff is awesome. Property is awesome. ”

“Loved the privacy of the cottage and the hospitality of the staff. The added brownie points were the complimentary tea/coffee and snacks in the afternoon! That's definitely something to look forward to. Otherwise, kitchen staff were not that great, we got some burnt rotis and found a hair in a curry. But the rest of the staff were wonderful and very helpful.”

“Rooms were not clean. The room was smelling cigarettes and no hot water supply.”

“The place is an eye candy!”

“Excellent stay with such warm hospitality.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful with advice on outstation taxi services. Close location to Fort Kochi”

“Authentic heritage experience. Very well maintained property. There's a lot of room in each suite. The pool is tiny though. The managers are extremely polite and helpful.”
