“I had a business meeting in Bradenton area, and was able to booked the condo at last minute for my trip. The house is beautiful, one and half block from the beach, and half block from the coast. The balcony, settings, decoration, appliances, are beautiful, and up to date. A lot of very clean towels, we left everything as cleaned as received when we left, and treated the house like our own homes. Highly recommended for serious people, this is a very well maintained property, worth the money...

“While our trip was excellent, the property was not. First, gaining access was a challenge. We were given the wrong code, which happened to be the owner's unit on the other side of the duplex. The second code didn't do the trick either. It was the third code that worked. Some things to note...the bed in the master bedroom was horrible. It squeaked practically by just breathing.
