“First impressions of the hotel were not great as we stepped into the main building and saw the tiny little swimming pool to the side of the reception. HOWEVER, we then went to our 2 bedroom apartment in the back complex which was obviously a newer extension and we were so pleased and surprised to see the much newer and larger pool and grass area in from on the apartment blocks! “The staff is friendly, they don't speak much English but they manage ok, they respond fast to our text messages, check-in is at 14:00, we had to wait 1 hour after the check in time, the AC was leaking water, it was fixed same day that's good, they have a microwave but it's only for the Cafe down stairs, a microwave is one of the easiest and most useful things a hotel can provide, that was disappointing, I went to a convenience store on the other side of the street they have a free use microwave...
