“Bad smell like wet carpet. Dishes were not vey clean. Walls and doors were dirty”

“Disappointed as the main door/sliding door lock is not functioning. Every time we’re going outside we need to bring our stuff.”

“Shops nearby lovely location spa bath was amazing”

“Great location looking out over the river”

“I loved my stay here. The room was spotlessly clean with brand new bedding and recently decorated walls plus why I think was a new carpet. The in room coffee was excellent and the service from reception was exemplary. Would highly recommend a stay here ”

“Excellent value for money, five star motel with secure parking and central Trentham location.”

“A nice and clean room”

“Personal de recepción y del restaurante muy amable. Mi habitación comunicaba con otra, cuya puerta intermedia no se podía bloquear. En una peli porno sale menos corrido del que se apreciaba en colchas, moquetas, cortinas e incluso en una toalla del baño. (Y otros efluvios/restos).”

“Tidy and affordable beautiful location”

“Room was clean got there late and checked out early via the key drop box. Was comfortable”

“Loved staying there, So relaxing, and quiet. Great hosts. Very welcoming and helpful. The room was very spacious. Would stay again. Thanks for your time and help. Look forward to coming back in the future 🙂😃”

“Great place!”

“No complaints”

“The staff were very helpful. Had a room with a sofa bed and the staff made up the bed. Clean room and alot of space.”

“The picture at the top of this survey is not the correct motel. There is no reception, the motel across the street is used. No-one was there, and it took 25 minutes to get the key. The room was very cold, as there was a huge gap between the door and the walls. The fridge froze our food solid. The stove controls did not work. There was no electric kettle/jug to boil water.”

“Awesome unique experience, super friendly hosts and a gorgeous house with amazing views, made us feel very welcome and wanting to return.”
