Hoteles de 2 estrellas en Wandsworth

“En general muy Bien, la zona del hotel muy buena.. Cómodo, pequeño.. cumple ampliamente con un viaje para no estar en el hotel. ”

“The checking in service is terrible no key safe number was sent I had to ring up and mess about trying to sort it out nice place only 2 cups and 4 guest so that’s not great”

“Muy bien ubicado, El personal excelente, te ayuda con todo ”

“Magnifico”

“No contact from the hosts whatsoever with access details. Made countless phone calls to them...no answer! Very annoyed, had to book a hotel at last minute which was extra expense which we didnt need! Warning ⚠️ DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!!”

“Went to the address Hotel.com state. Its a private house, a deaf person answered and said it wasn't a hotel”

“Adequate room and clean bedroom and bathroom. Communication could do with improving because I didn't receive email notification 72 hours prior to visit (as stated), I did not know what door number it was (No.113) and nobody answered the phone number when I called, so I was standing outside for 40 minutes. But good price for location.”

“Never open the door I lost my money. I needed booking other hotel.”

“The property is listed as an entire apartment - IT IS NOT. This property is a shared house kind of property. There are six rooms in the property with ONE shower for everyone to use. Despite the appealing pictures, the reality is quite different. The shower cubicle is broken, leading to a flooded bathroom every time it's used. The kitchen needed to be cleaned. The sink was clogged with paper and food, and the vinyl flooring (in many places) was ripped. My check-in was far from smooth. I was...

“Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely.”

“Dreadful, dirty and falsely advertised. Terrible communication or lack there of really. Couldn’t actually get into our room as the door handle was missing (photo) We were shocked that Hotels.com were even affiliated with this DUMP! hotels.com did respond to us properly attempting to mitigate some of the issues but were unable to even get a reply either. We didn’t end up staying and were given an apology and a coupon from hotels.com”

“The parking is NOT a real amenity of the hotel - it is self-serve street parking that requires you to move your vehicle every 4 hours during the day or to park a 5 minute walk away in a more residential area. The location was easy access to the train station and local shops and restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.”

“The area around the apartment is great for food and entertainment! The place was pretty clean, however, there were only two half rolls of TP for four of us for the week. I asked for more and was told basically to ‘go buy some’ The furniture is cute, but very low and not comfortable, no throw blankets. The bedding is for one temperature… cold, and the AC turns itself off after a couple of hours, so the very heavy bedding was stifling when the temps outside got hot. I asked for lighter bedding...
