“Housekeeping not good not good service in room I take showers water coming out side the washroom and I told to 4 to 5 time but no one clean room and asked for change towels until 11pm no one changed towels and no one give toothbrush recitation staff and bell boy and door guard good work ”

“The property was not at all maintained. Lack of staff. The lifts were also broken and did not work. My dad is 77 years old and had to go up and down the stairs to the second floor to our room. It was raining and the steps were wet and very dangerous. Star. Kept saying it will be fixed but it never was. Never staying at this hotel again.”
